On Day 1 we talked about giving up artificial food and adding more real food. In this 15 page e-book I break down common diet and exercise myths.

I also include tips for taking your exercise to the next level whether you’re a beginner, an intermediate exerciser, a person with joint pain or autoimmunity, or if you’re an endurance athlete.
